I feel compelled to write a review to praise this amazing body oil. My feet tend to be extremely dry and lotions barely worked to alleviate my issue but this oil really soaks into my skin and and nourishes it. On top of that, the scent is divine. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you unlock and use your pump effectively:1. Hold your product firmly to prevent it from spinning as you try to unlock the pump.2. Locate the small white plastic circle right below the pump's neck and hold it tightly.3. Using your other hand, turn the pump counter clockwise to unlock it. Note that you do not need to push down while you twist, as our pumps do not 'pop up' once unlocked.4. To prime the pump, press down a few times until the product dispenses.
